We are seeking a Production Optimization Specialist to enhance manufacturing methods across footwear production, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing engineering solutions to optimize production times and resource consumption for footwear components
  • Collaborating with suppliers to identify effective and economically viable production methods
  • Implementing suitable technical solutions to meet quality standards during the production phase
  • Leading the industrialization of new products from prototype to production-ready status
  • Ensuring production readiness by defining, validating, and optimizing processes
  • Participating in industrial projects with significant organizational impact across footwear operations
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in production optimization, preferably in footwear or textiles, with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English. Adaptability and effective teamwork skills are essential.
