We are seeking a Business Transformation Expert to join our team.

Business Analyst - Development & Strategy

You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving business transformation and supporting strategic initiatives. You will be an integral part of our operations in Brazil, contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will provide crucial support to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth execution of governance activities. This role offers excellent visibility across the organization and opportunities to develop your business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Assist in preparing financial projections, forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership forums and strategy sessions.
  • Communication Support: Draft materials and talking points for leadership meetings, recognition events, and commercial committees.
  • Governance & Compliance: Help monitor adherence to internal governance processes and support documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.

About You:

You're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have exceptional organizational skills and can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, executive support, or insurance-related activities.
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Desirable advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid work model (3x2).

  • Experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
