Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead our Leadership Development program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing large-scale projects, ensuring alignment across cross-functional areas, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the Rhythm of Business (RoB) agenda, tracking OKRs and execution/action items of Demand Generation plans.
- Ensure alignment of cross-functional areas, including Partners, Marketing, and Services.
- Work closely with sales leaders and Regional Sales/Finance to track revenue motion, monitor the impact on the consumption curve, and coordinate action plans for acceleration.
- Coordinate engagement with customers and the market, including Google Office Events Governance.
- Act as the point of contact for all teams producing sales events, ensuring correct process and prioritization.
- Collect data and expected pipeline impact from sales, marketing, and other teams handling customers.
- Support the sub-regional leader with customer senior stakeholder management, tracking for key accounts, relationship management, and execution of global and local opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects in a technology or cloud services environment.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex governance processes.
- Experience specifically within the cloud services or technology sector.
- Prior experience working with global teams and managing projects across different geographies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
