Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead our Supply Chain and Finance Applications projects in North America.

The ideal candidate will have a strong partnership with IT strategy & projects, ensuring consistency across the region. They will be responsible for executing standard project documents, functional scope, technical design, integration models, and data analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure execution of project plans, project budgeting, and tracking using standardized rate sheets for contract staff, summarizing across all domains.
  • Capacity planning in coordination with domain leads and B2B guidelines.
  • Resource assignment planning with domain leads.
  • Ownership of project billing artifacts, statement of work, purchase orders, and capital requests.
  • Periodic budget tracking, inclusive of timesheet reconciliation, invoicing, and remaining spend.
  • Provide budget oversight for projects managed directly by contract staff.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in information systems.
  • Background in project management, SAP, finance, supply chain, and/or logistics is desirable.
  • PM certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under specific timelines and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual skills in English and French are an asset.

Additional Information:

  • English language proficiency is mandatory.
  • The successful candidate will manage projects in the USA.
