">We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality function, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining QA plans, collaborating with internal support groups, and providing technical support to customers and suppliers.
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, develop corrective action plans, and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain inspection processes, including inspection aids and instruction guidelines, to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support global training programs, creating specialized training sessions for applicable functions and tracking effectiveness.
- You'll also review and coordinate discrepancies, track corrective/preventative actions, and participate in vendor survey activities as applicable.
- Interface with all departments to ensure alignment with policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
