We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure and analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize our data infrastructure and analytics platform to drive business growth and improve decision-making capabilities.
- Automate data-related processes across the organization to enhance speed, quality, and scalability.
- Lead end-to-end growth automation initiatives, from scoping with stakeholders to delivery, monitoring, and measurement.
- Establish and enforce data quality, testing, documentation, and governance standards across pipelines and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align models, KPIs, processes, and best practices.
- Develop reports and presentations that communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
- Manage and upskill the Data Analytics team to drive impact across the business and expand technical expertise and data capabilities.
- Advanced English language skills with global collaboration experience.
- Expertise in SQL and experience in writing, optimizing, and reviewing complex queries at scale.
- Hands-on experience with data transformation and modeling (ETL/ELT).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven leadership experience driving projects and influencing technical decisions.
- Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and clear, structured communication.
- Ability to define OKRs, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
