Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our field teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to our teams, resolving queries and providing guidance as needed. You will also be responsible for providing customer service support, assisting with scheduling and communicating with technical teams and partners.

• Technical Support: Ensure efficiency in field operations by providing support to field teams when needed.
• Customer Service Support: Provide support to scheduling teams when necessary to assist in contacting technical teams and partners.
• Logistics Support: Assist the Logistics team in communicating with technical teams related to equipment management.
• Prospecting for Technicians: Support supervisors in prospecting new service providers.
• Training Support: Support managers in identifying the need for initial and refresher training to be provided to technical teams and partners.
• Supervisory Support: Assist in identifying the causes of maintenance and their recurrences for all customers.
• Document Management: Support managers in controlling documentation for technicians and service providers.

• Degree: Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or related fields.
• Experience: In the area.
• Prior Experience: Installation and maintenance of telemetry systems.
• Knowledge: Telemetry devices, sensors and communication networks.
