POSITION SUMMARY:
The Regional Business Process Analyst will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting. This role involves the development of dashboards to monitor customer performance indicators and the creation of exception reports to ensure internal controls and data integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking customer metrics.
2. Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
3. Generate exception reports to uphold internal control standards and data quality.
4. Execute SQL queries and perform data extractions from databases.
5. Create automated solutions for systems and reporting tasks.
6. Collaborate with client data teams to align on objectives.
