Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Project Lead to oversee commercial aspects of high-value interior fit-out projects.
- Lead all commercial and contractual elements from inception to final account.
- Protect the company's interests, maximize margins, and ensure strategic procurement and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive profitability through smart procurement, claims, and cost reporting.
- Manage subcontractor contracts, guarantees, and insurances.
- Approve major payments, forecasts, and project financials.
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveying degree (or equivalent).
- 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in high-end fitout.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Experience managing multiple fitout projects concurrently.
- Expertise in contract management, cost control, budgeting, and claims management.
- Proficient in project invoicing, subcontracting, and financial reporting.
- Fluent in English.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- To protect our interests and maximise revenue by ensuring the effective procurement and management of third-party contractors.
- Working closely with colleagues across functions to drive business success through collaboration and communication.
