Junior Financial Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Junior Financial Analyst to support our accounting team in Brazil and the United States.

This key member will be responsible for managing client payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the invoicing process and maintain control of issued invoices.
  • Monitor client payments and identify overdue accounts.
  • Contact clients for collections and payment negotiations while preserving a positive customer relationship.
  • Post expense entries to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Assist in analyzing financial reports related to cash flow and revenue forecasts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or completed degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Basic Excel knowledge and familiarity with financial systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on proactive attitude.
  • Advanced English language skills assessed during interviews.
