Fiscal Operations Specialist

As a skilled fiscal professional, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial operations. You will oversee the preparation and submission of auxiliary tax obligations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Brazilian regulations.
Your expertise in Brazilian tax laws and fiscal processes will enable you to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on fiscal policies and requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving fiscal and tax-related issues, maintaining detailed records for audits and inspections, and supporting tax system updates and integrations. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all fiscal processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the preparation and submission of auxiliary tax obligations
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay updated on fiscal policies and requirements
- Resolve fiscal and tax-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in fiscal operations and Brazilian tax compliance
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax laws and fiscal processes
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems is highly desirable
