About Your New Challenge

As a Supply Chain Optimization Analyst at 4flow, you will play a key role in supporting our iTMS Launch projects by taking ownership of dedicated working packages, including the implementation of processes, services, and software.

  • This position requires a deep understanding of supply chain concepts, network design, and optimization, as well as the ability to apply your working knowledge and drive changes to internal and external processes.
  • You will work closely with our account team to ensure the success of our projects, performing process design and alignment with customer teams, evaluating master data quality, and preparing data sets for iTMS uploads.
  • Additionally, you will conduct process and IT trainings with key stakeholders, align reporting requirements, and set up dashboards.
  • You will also participate in internal knowledge management, such as in-house trainings and key-user teams, and contribute to the 4flow training and development program.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field of study, preferably with a major in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
  • Practical experience in transportation, materials planning, or supply chain management through internships or other means.
  • Knowledge in the field of logistics/supply chain management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams/PowerApps).
  • Project management experience and comfort level working in cross-functional teams.
  • High level of competence in systematic-analytical skills, process thinking, conceptual skills, creative thinking, and problem-solving ability.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
