Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engine Inspector to join our Engine MRO team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems for aircraft engine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of engine components and assemblies throughout the overhaul and repair process.
- Verify compliance with technical data, regulatory requirements, and company quality procedures.
- Interpret and apply manufacturer manuals, drawings, and specifications during inspections.
- Document and report non-conformities and discrepancies ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with maintenance technicians and engineers to ensure proper corrective actions are taken.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance with at least 2 years in engine overhaul.
- Certification in CHT (Certified Helicopter Technician) or equivalent is required.
- Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Intermediate English proficiency reading and writing technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of inspection techniques and metrology principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with aviation quality systems and regulatory compliance e.g ANAC FAA EASA.
