As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering Facilities Management services across the LATAM Region, including Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of services and compliance with local regulations
  • Create a governance structure across the region to facilitate communication between clients and JLL
  • Review reports to improve delivery and ensure vendor performance
  • Implement programs to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Support account-wide initiatives and small construction projects
  • Engage with internal teams for various services
  • Support JLL SMEs and deliver portfolio management reports

Client Relationships:

  • Develop and manage client relationships, meeting service levels and KPIs
  • Deliver exceptional service based on client feedback

Finance Management / Cost Control / Profitability:

  • Develop and manage facility operating budgets, track variances, and identify efficiencies and savings
  • Achieve cost savings, prepare budget spend reports, and manage the annual budgeting process
  • Manage payments to vendors and comply with financial and contractual authorities
  • Prepare current financial year budget spend reports (actual vs. budget, variance etc.), analyze expenditure, and demonstrate value or alternative efficiency initiatives (cost savings or increased account profitability)

Leadership/Staff Management:

  • Lead recruitment efforts, manage and develop a high-performing team
  • Participate in performance management and personal development planning
  • Mentor, train, and support people managers to actively support an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence, and personal success across the portfolio
  • Act as a manager and ambassador for JLL

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Engineering
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese required
  • Solid facility management experience, and excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to travel to the USA and across the Latin America region
