
Enterprise Client Growth Specialist

A web application, Awesomic, matches businesses with suitable talents using AI-driven algorithms. Since its inception, Awesomic has completed 14,000+ tasks for 4,000+ clients, including Reface, Lift99, SilviaTerra, Y Combinator startups, and various VC funds.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain post-sales relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their continued success and growth with Awesomic.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding, providing guidance, identifying opportunities, and fostering loyalty.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities (upsell/cross-sell); collaborate closely with sales and product teams to drive value.
- Regularly conduct check-ins and strategic reviews with clients to comprehend business objectives and align service offerings.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and track key metrics related to client growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Minimum three years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales roles - preferably within a startup, SaaS, or creative agency setting.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset - recognizing opportunities and pursuing them.
- Highly organized and independent: exceling in fast-paced environments and assuming full ownership of client outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - establishing trust quickly and adapting style to diverse client types.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot.
