This role offers an exciting opportunity to unleash your creative genius in crafting unique and impactful social media ads. As a savvy 3D Animator/Motion Graphic Designer, you'll be constantly challenged to innovate and test new ideas.
We value research, intuition, and fast testing as key factors for success. Our company's fast feedback loop ensures that you receive the necessary resources promptly, allowing you to finish production efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with our Creative Director to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Implement provided briefs and generate high-volume animations weekly.
- Develop multiple iterations and edited versions of your work.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in 3D Animation and Motion Graphics.
- Familiarity with direct response formulas.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Experience collaborating with diverse virtual teams across locations.
- Effective communication and peer-to-peer feedback skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, structured, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work well under time pressure.
