Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Lead to join our team. As a QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for designing testing procedures and automation strategies for our software applications.

This is a temporary opportunity that requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and coaching QA team members, leading manual and automated testing initiatives, and researching and proposing new tools and technologies to improve QA efficiency and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to mentor, train, and manage QA Analysts, motivating teams to achieve high performance.
  • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile frameworks, and test management best practices.
  • Experience defining QA processes, test plans, and automation strategies for complex projects.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps/QAOps practices.
