Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of PIX, our innovative payment solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: Develop and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs and market trends, driving strategic decisions to enhance PIX's value proposition.

  • Infrastructure Enhancements: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions that streamline international transfers and improve the overall user experience.

  • Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for expansion within the PIX ecosystem, developing effective plans to drive growth and increase adoption.

Requirements: Proven track record in product management, specifically in the payments space; deep understanding of operational processes, risk management, and vendor landscape.

Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to align teams with conflicting priorities, and leverage expertise from other functions to reach consensus.
