Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual looking to kick-start your career in quality assurance? We're seeking a Quality Assurance Trainee to join our team at Campari Do Brasil Ltda.
As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes. This will involve conducting tests, analyzing results, and implementing improvements to meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tests on packaging materials to develop new products, optimize processes, and evaluate supplier performance.
- Analyze test results to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Prepare technical reports on activities performed.
- Monitor process and line tests.
- Develop solutions, reagents, and calibration curves for chromatography.
- Manage inventory of materials and chemicals, including certificates of analysis.
- Analyze process and consumption waters, liquids, and finished products in accordance with established procedures.
- Interpret and analyze analysis results to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Perform analyses related to bottling lines and consumer complaints.
- Analyze product stability.
- Edit and review analysis methodologies.
- Edit and review equipment operation manuals.
- Meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.
- Monthly maintenance and critical analysis of quality area KPIs.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office, User Level.
