Chief Project Administrator

As a seasoned project manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and non-conformity.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

• Coordinate with project team members to ensure all parties are up-to-date with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve problems.
• Complete project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Prepare status reports, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
• Facilitate the communication of changes, ensuring that information reaches those involved without impacting the schedule.
• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as necessary to enable successful implementation and delivery of the process or system.
• Identify and develop new opportunities.
• Obtain client acceptance of project deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Solid experience in project management (construction, IT, or ERP), team leadership, and budget management.
• Knowledge of management methodologies and techniques, resource allocation, understanding objectives, and ERP implementation.
