We are seeking a talented and analytical professional to join our organization as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, playing a key role in shaping our financial strategy and performance.
">Key Responsibilities:- ">
- Prepare and evaluate actual vs. budget financial performance
- Develop financial models and budgets by client and for the company as a whole
- Conduct financial feasibility analyses and forecast results
- Prepare and maintain management reports and financial dashboards
- Define, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform cost analysis by business segment
- Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights
- Lead the implementation and management of Business Intelligence (BI) tools across the organization
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering, with experience in financial planning and budgeting. Advanced proficiency in Power BI is required, along with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience with financial modeling and business analysis is also beneficial.
