We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all logistics processes related to our online stores.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing order fulfillment, coordinating with suppliers and shipping partners, optimizing delivery performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end logistics of online store orders, from order placement to final delivery.
  • Manage relationships with fulfillment centers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Monitor shipping KPIs such as on-time delivery rate, fulfillment accuracy, and return handling.
  • Optimize logistics workflows to reduce delivery times and shipping costs.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in coordination with the customer service team.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Use logistics software to monitor shipments, process orders, and generate reports.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping standards, customs regulations, and local laws.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure seamless post-purchase experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Solid knowledge of order management systems and logistics tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, ShipStation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English required).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, preferably within an online retail or marketplace setting.
  • Experience with international shipping, customs clearance, and reverse logistics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian e-commerce platforms, shipping regulations, and marketplace logistics is desirable.
Working Hours:
  • Flexible working hours with availability for team coordination during core business hours (GMT-3 timezone).
  • Expected workload: 40 hours/week.
