Factory Process Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team in Jarinu. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.

• Ensure the use of personal protective equipment and maintain its safety and organization;
• Conduct product shipments and quality control checks according to established procedures;
• Identify and address any non-conformities in the production process;
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, analyzing products to meet process requirements;
• Inform supervisors of any issues that may impact production or product quality;
• Maintain factory organization and cleanliness;
• Assist drivers and respond to their queries regarding loading;
• Respect the environment, laws, neighbors, and community during work activities;
• Evaluate and report mechanical or electrical equipment issues;
• Complete mobile equipment check-lists as required;
• Inspect vehicles for transportation according to company policies;
• Perform auxiliary tasks related to production processes.

About You:

• Education: High School diploma;
• General Technical knowledge (desirable 2nd level);
• Specific training: Forklift Operation Course (NR11) and Loader (desirable);
• Experience: Minimum 2 years;
• Language: Portuguese;
• LI-DNI compliance.
