Senior Account Manager for Customer Success

The Senior Customer Success Account Manager will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth in their assigned territory. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective customer success and value strategies, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate favorable renewal terms.
This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Success Account Management, LATAM. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in sales, renewal management, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record of meeting key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement customer success and value strategies to drive growth and adoption.
- Negotiate favorable renewal terms and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and communicate any renewal risk to internal resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for critical issue concerns and collaborate with internal resources to resolve them.
