">About the Job">This senior-level position is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of our Piracicaba Distribution Center, managing logistics operations using Lean principles to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient results.
">You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve performance, managing budgets, and overseeing a team of employees.
">Your goal will be to get the right parts to the right place at the right time, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
">Key Responsibilities">- Maintain a safety-focused culture and work environment
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
- Lead daily operations, supported by management team
- Develop and implement operational policies and programs
- Manage KPIs and financial targets
- Responsible for distribution operation processes
- Develop and own positive facility culture and employee experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
- Pre-Advanced English proficiency
- Previous experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Leadership experience, preferably in operations
- Demonstrated values-based leadership skills
