Collection Operations Manager

As a key player in our collections team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, driving performance and ensuring the effective management of customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans to optimize collection processes and improve cash flow.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Manage conflict resolution and negotiation with customers to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations related to collections.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance) to drive process improvements and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing or supervising collections teams.
- In-depth knowledge of collection processes and relevant legislation.
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Desirable: experience with ERP systems and collection management tools, a degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
