As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining robust, scalable automation workflows using low-code platforms, custom code, and AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery and analysis of business processes across all departments, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and process re-engineering.
- Design and implement intelligent automation solutions that eliminate manual work, accelerate data analysis, and empower teams to focus on high-value challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop complex integrations between core systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and maintain agentic workflows, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks like content summarization and data reconciliation.
- Champion and enforce stringent security standards in all automations, ensuring the secure handling of sensitive data and implementing best practices for encryption, access control, and secure API usage.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in process automation, software development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed projects.
- Expert-level proficiency with at least one enterprise-grade low-code/no-code automation platform.
- Strong scripting and development skills in JavaScript and/or Python.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Deep expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and designing scalable, fault-tolerant workflow architectures.
