Transform Complex Signals into Actionable Insights

We are seeking a skilled professional to analyze and interpret large datasets, transforming complex signals into actionable customer insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform data-driven decision-making in AI-powered applications.
  • Extract valuable insights from both structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business metrics and provide stakeholders with clear, accurate insights.
  • Collaborate on designing and evaluating experiments (A/B tests), including statistical analysis and interpretation of results.
  • Contribute to defining and refining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metric definitions that align with business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate findings through compelling data storytelling, visualizations, and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, uncover new insights, and drive efficiency through automation and scalable solutions.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Fluency in Python.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Initiative to learn, investigate, experiment, and self-manage.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams, both in English and Portuguese.
  • Solid data visualization and storytelling skills.
  • Able to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with unstructured data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analyses and methodologies.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with BigQuery as a SQL and data warehousing service.
  • Familiarity with ETL frameworks like Airflow.
  • Knowledge of trace analysis methods.
  • Experience with vector database tools.
