About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate at IWG plc. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support.
