**Job Overview**: We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on implementing quality management systems and improving processes across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional quality management systems and ensure policies, requirements, and work processes are in place.
- Collaborate with production locations and supply chains to implement quality processes.
- Conduct training on quality policies and procedures.
- Monitor and distribute quality metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in quality improvement projects and collaborate across regions to provide consistency and best practices.
- Member of the Global QA Network and represent the region on projects.
- Responsible for regional reporting and global alignment of quality metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years total industry experience with a focus in agronomy, engineering, quality assurance, business, biology, or life sciences.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
