Regional Sales Enablement Manager, Latam Small Business Group Lead

Meta's Latin America Small Business Group is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to develop and launch strategic sales initiatives, projects, and activations that empower Meta Marketing Pros to deliver exceptional service to small and medium-sized businesses in the region. This role will be based in our Sao Paulo office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and manage sales enablement plans in support of regional sales priorities, partnering with cross-functional teams
- Design and execute sales activations, projects, and initiatives that drive high-impact advertiser experiences
- Partner with regional and global teams to build and deliver best-in-class solutions for small businesses
- Evaluate performance data and behavioral trends to drive improvements in the enablement experience
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience working with sales, digital advertising, and program management
- Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills, with experience working across regional and global partners
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Strong sales experience and aptitude, with experience leading go-to-market initiatives
