We're seeking a seasoned Engineering Lead to drive innovation and excellence in our digital products.

Job Description
  • Achieve success by leading high-performing engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and encouraging continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical strategies to improve software development processes and ensure scalability.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to enhance their skills and contribute to team success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in mobile app development (Android, iOS, or React Native) and/or web development (React, Next, Angular, Vue, Node, .NET, Java).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow teams, setting goals, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, pairing, mobbing, and shift-left testing.
  • Experience delivering complete digital products with durable, secure, scalable, and thoroughly tested code.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Fluent English language skills.
