Optimizing Quality Delivery Experience

As a senior operations expert, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the fairness and effectiveness of our quality score calculation model. Your expertise in data analysis and operations will drive business development and rider feedback to optimize the score system.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough analysis of quality score-related data to identify key factors influencing rider delivery quality.
- Design and execute incentive strategies based on the score system, including priority dispatch, rewards, and honorary titles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the development and optimization of quality score system-related functions.
- Monitor the operation of the quality score system and develop risk response measures to ensure its fairness and impartiality.
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or operations, with expertise in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industries preferred.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, strong data processing and analysis skills.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to identify problems from complex data and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
