We are seeking a skilled Procurement Data Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to leverage data analysis skills to drive efficiency and strategic advantage through project management and procurement digitalization.

About the Role

This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including data analysis, reporting, and project management. The ideal candidate will work in close collaboration with Global Procurement Organization and Operations functions to develop and coordinate the execution of projects pipeline.

Key Activities
  • Development and implementation of Global Dashboards and Automations
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement digitalization performance
  • Develop and maintain overall project oversight, using key PMO tools including Gantt charts, project charters, SIPOC, RACI charts, KPIs, etc.
  • Manage Global Procurement Operations project timelines and milestones and ensure projects stay on track
  • Facilitate cross-functional, multi-location problem-solving / issue resolution
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and inform strategic direction
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from procurement data
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and experience with data visualization tools
  • Experience in Power BI
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Experience managing procurement projects and initiatives
  • Language Skills: Native Portuguese speaker; Fluency in English; Fluency in Hebrew
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Data Science is preferred
