We are seeking a seasoned procurement leader to head our Regional SEC AMERICAS Team. This role involves spearheading procurement category strategy activities, managing team workload, and collaborating closely with other regional teams and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E2E procurement practices, experience in leading teams, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for implementing and executing procurement category strategies, managing team workload, and collaborating closely with regional teams and suppliers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that drive business growth and improvement. You will also be responsible for identifying people development opportunities and developing team members.
About the Role- Lead the SEC AMERCIAS team and represent it in various forums.
- Balance workload and prioritize tasks among team members.
- Collaborate with regional teams and suppliers to achieve common goals.
- 5+ years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a multinational company.
- Experience in leading teams, either as manager or team lead.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken, written).
