Trade Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Trade Management Professional to join our team. This role will involve monitoring the Kite Konnect program and collaborating with other key team members to establish and manage relationships with select distributors and specialty pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor the Kite Konnect program and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, Com Ops, and other partners/stakeholders to ensure compliant practices, policies, and procedures
  • Provide input on partner selection based on core capabilities, market presence, and potential Gilead business value
  • Contribute to criteria and reporting required for new programs to support product launches while reviewing existing programs and evaluating additional development needs
  • Investigate and respond to customer complaints, instituting necessary improvements to avoid recurrence
  • Produce accurate, timely, and insightful management reports regarding program trends
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry, including leadership experience in executing trade management activities
  • BS or BA degree
  • Excellent analytical skills with an emphasis on follow-through and issue resolution abilities
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel/Word & PowerPoint and strong working knowledge of order management and information management systems
