We're seeking a seasoned Editor to join our content team in Brazil.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B editorial environments, with expertise in developing and maintaining a regional brand's editorial voice.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of content for the Brazil brand, ensuring it becomes the region's leading source of industry news.
  • Shaping the editorial voice, creating/uploading articles and features, and setting the content agenda in line with house style.
  • Performance analysis using analytics and dashboards to monitor KPIs, optimize content, and grow audience reach.
  • Multimedia participation through contributions to podcasts, video content, and other multimedia projects.
  • Audience strategy support to expand and engage the target audience.
  • CMS leadership to manage and maintain content management systems, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and timely publication.
  • HubSpot management to keep media contacts updated and organized.
  • Risk mitigation through thorough fact-checking, verification of sources, and minimization of legal or reputational risks.
  • Website maintenance to ensure B2B sites are accurate, updated, and free from errors or dead links.
  • Event participation, including international travel opportunities.
  • Industry relations building through representation at industry events.
  • Conference collaboration to shape conference agendas and identify high-value speakers.
  • Commercial action to drive revenue, improve efficiency, and enhance client service.
  • Story investigation through proactive research and identification of high-impact stories.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across regions and functions.

In order to be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be based in Brazil.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
  • Proven experience as an Editor in a B2B environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices.
  • Excellent English writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and manage editorial standards.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with a strong sense of story angles.
