Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects on-time, within scope and budget.
- Develop project plans involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems and techniques.
- Report to management as needed.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
Key Abilities:
- Proven track record of managing teams to deliver project objectives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in both formal and informal settings.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good working knowledge of SAP.
- PMP certification is beneficial.
