About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Measurement Engineer to join our Technical Support Division. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise related to hydrocarbon measurement and loss control, as well as serve as a mentor for newly developed engineers in the measurement path.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct measurement surveys and compliance reviews for measurement systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Report and analyze hydrocarbon product loss control performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain hydrocarbon measurement-related training programs for engineers, technicians, and operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain processes to measure operating department compliance with relevant company and industry standards.
- Conduct technical studies and technology evaluations to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Develop and maintain operating facility policies and procedures related to hydrocarbon liquid measurement to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Develop and deliver in-house training programs for engineers performing compliance reviews to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Competitive monthly base salary aligned with industry standards.
- Monthly overbase payment of 25% of monthly base salary.
- Benefits supplement of 20% of monthly base salary after 3 years of service, increasing to 25% after 6 years and 30% after 12 years.
- Severance package with a 2-year vest period, offering 2 weeks' pay for each year of service up to 5 years, and 4 weeks' pay for each year after 6 years.
- Employment tax benefits for employees who choose to separate themselves from their home country for income tax purposes.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) with a maximum purchase equal to 10% of monthly base pay, offering a 20% share discount.
- Incentive plan based on annual performance, offering approximately 1.8 times monthly base salary.
- Travel allowance of approximately $8,200 per household member 11+ years old residing in Saudi Arabia and $6,000 per household member under 11 years old.
- Vacation and paid holidays, including 38 vacation days, 4 travel days, and 11-13 paid holidays.
- Complimentary in-Kingdom medical care and facilities for employees and eligible family members, with subsidized in-Kingdom dental services.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) offering 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5 times monthly base salary or the company max ($48.5K), plus 3 round-trip economy air travel tickets.
- Settling in allowance of one-time payment, with family status receiving 100% of monthly base salary and single/bachelor status receiving 60% of monthly base salary.
