About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Murex Back-Office Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and assistance to end-users in resolving daily issues with Murex.
You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless execution of application support deliverables.

Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve daily Back-Office end-user issues on both functional and technical aspects.
- Liaise with respective internal team(s) to resolve issues and necessary enhancements.
- Develop requirements per given stream and according to resolution needs.
- Manage day-to-day assigned tasks to complete various application support deliverables.
- Contribute to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues.
- Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and/or contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables.
- Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 3+ years' hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities (Senior level skills in pre and post-trade workflows).
- Hands-on experience in Datamart, Market Data, Batch processing, End of Day flow(s), interfaces, and Trade Life Cycle.
- Strong personality, logical, and analytical skills.
- Be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and self-starter.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills.
- Good product knowledge in IRD, CRD, EQD.
- Good understanding of P&L concept and its components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally.
- Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving their daily issues.
