Job Title

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead our efforts in finding top engineering talent for the Swedish IT industry.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our organization by identifying and recruiting exceptional engineers who can thrive in Sweden's vibrant tech scene.

  • As a senior headhunter, you will be responsible for building relationships with local engineering talent, communicating the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and coordinating with our global recruitment team to ensure seamless relocation processes.
  • You will have the chance to work closely with our Swedish delivery management team to handle logistics related to relocation, including visa, permits, housing, and travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit high-caliber engineers for Swedish IT roles and manage the entire recruitment process.
  • Build trust with candidates and effectively communicate the advantages of living and working in Sweden.
  • Collaborate with our global recruitment team and Swedish-based management to support relocation initiatives.
  • Partner with our Swedish delivery management team to coordinate relocation logistics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT sector or similar technical fields.
  • A strong network of local engineering talent within the IT industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
