Analytics Strategy and Innovation Leader

Lead the development of innovative analytics capabilities that enable customers to access and derive actionable insights from procurement data across the Business Development Cloud.

This role requires a strong understanding of customer problems, market trends, and competitive landscape. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth discovery and working closely with cross-functional teams to define the strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver high-quality analytics experiences.

You will collaborate with data engineers, UX designers, and platform teams to ensure products are optimized for growth, aligned with customer needs, uniquely differentiated, and effectively positioned for Go-To-Market success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting discovery sessions with customers to understand their pain points and needs
  • Defining and monitoring analytics KPIs and metrics to inform roadmap adjustments and product strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs and drive business outcomes

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3-6 years of experience in customer-facing product management
  • Strong knowledge of the analytics space, especially advanced analytics tools that handle data modeling
  • Experience building SaaS applications in a B2B context, preferably for enterprise customers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating technical vision into business outcomes
