We are seeking a seasoned expert in ServiceNow to join our team and deliver key solutions for a top-tier global client. This role involves leading small to medium-sized migrations, managing complex on-demand requests, and improving operational efficiency through process enhancements and automation.

In this position, you will collaborate with customers using ServiceNow applications to install, configure, customize, enhance, and support deployments. You will partner with cross-functional teams as the ServiceNow SME for customer meetings, reviews, and planning, providing feedback to Product & Development teams on new features, capabilities, and bugs for future releases.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to implement ServiceNow solutions that meet their business needs.
- Partner with internal teams to drive process enhancements and automation.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of ServiceNow products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in customer engagements.
- 5+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role.
- Expertise in ServiceNow components such as Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Customer Service Management, ITOM, and CMDB.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development, customization, scripting (JavaScript), REST APIs, and application development best practices.
- Long-term Contract with Chilean Benefits.
- CLP Payment.
- Visa Sponsorship.
This role requires relocating candidates to Chile, specifically to Santiago de Chile, where the candidate must be able to live and work in a hybrid model.
