Accounting Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Accounting Manager to lead our Brazilian accounting team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-performing accounting team, including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and engagement.
  • Ensure month-end close activities are completed on schedule, aligned with global standards.
  • Assist senior accountants with record reviews, reconciliations, financial statements, tax declarations, and monthly reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active CRC; a Master's degree is desirable.
  • Experience in accounting within a multinational environment, including proven team management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Proficiency in ERP finance applications and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
