Data Analysis Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and statistical analysis, with experience in extracting and analyzing transactional data and bug reports.
- Extract and analyze data from various sources using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and refine hypotheses based on extracted data to drive efficiency gains and quality improvements through data-driven insights.
- Perform comprehensive reviews of current data states to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancing data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
- Design and implement additional data elements and structures to support advanced data collection and analytical methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights that meet business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality results.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, data cleaning, and data preprocessing techniques to prepare data for analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analysis, and data mining techniques to uncover hidden insights.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based technologies is highly valued.
