Job Overview:

Maintain and optimize SharePoint Online environments to deliver seamless user experiences.

About the Role:
  • Implement new SharePoint Online features from the Microsoft 365 roadmap, driving business innovation and growth.
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and Power Automate flows for efficient SharePoint automation.
  • Design and manage SharePoint Online site architecture, permissions, and governance policies to ensure data security and compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize SharePoint Online performance, storage, and compliance configurations for optimal productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized SharePoint solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Manage SharePoint Online migrations, including content restructuring and metadata enrichment for enhanced discoverability.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for SharePoint Online issues and escalations, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other M365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Viva, etc.) to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Maintain documentation for SharePoint configurations, automation scripts, and governance models to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Conduct training and enablement sessions for business users and site owners to promote SharePoint adoption and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in SharePoint Online administration and M365 management in a multi-GEO enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing automation using PowerShell and Power Automate, improving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., Sharegate, Metalogix, Mover) and ability to manage complex migrations.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Graph API and REST API for SharePoint, enabling seamless integration and customization.
  • Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
