Job Title: AI-Powered Content Strategist & Brand Voice Architect

We're seeking a seasoned content strategist to lead messaging for our personal development products and business development programs. This is a high-leverage role, not a support position.

  • You will own copy strategy and execution across multiple channels.
  • Achieve consistency in brand voice across product lines by architecting and protecting it.
  • Partner closely with leadership and CRO to ensure messaging drives revenue and brand authority.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute revenue-driving copy across emails, landing pages, ads, video scripts, SMS, and sales enablement for personal and business programs.
  2. Create and maintain brand voice guidelines for campaigns and customer touchpoints.
  3. Build AI-assisted workflows to deliver speed and efficiency without compromising accuracy or compliance.
  4. Collaborate with the CRO Funnel Specialist to prioritize hypotheses, launch copy tests, analyze results, and codify learnings into frameworks.
  5. Translate data into growth by turning funnel and campaign insights into actionable copy strategies that improve opt-in, click-through, and conversion rates.
  6. Influence strategy by partnering with senior marketing leaders to shape campaign approaches, growth experiments, and long-term messaging frameworks.

  • Launch multiple campaigns for personal and business programs.
  • Establish a copy testing rhythm.
  • Be recognized as the go-to authority on voice for these product lines.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record as a direct-response copywriter with measurable results.
  2. Strong expertise writing for personal development and/or business development audiences.
  3. Able to own copy strategy across channels.
  4. Fluency with generative AI tools and workflows.
  5. Strong data literacy.
  6. Growth-oriented mindset.
