This is an exciting opportunity to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring, and administration as a partner to the Institutional Credit Management organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the creditworthiness of Citi's counterparts by performing fundamental credit analysis using both quantitative and qualitative factors.
- Complete Credit Analysis Write-up Memos and Final Obligor Risk Ratings based on independent assessment and judgment.
- Monitor the covered portfolio, including following industry trends, impacts to key relationships, and escalation of potential credit issues.
- Fundamental analytical skills, including understanding of key financial components.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Industry research capabilities, including risk and key drivers.
- Understanding of credit policy and procedures.
- Ability to identify potential risk issues and escalate them promptly.
- Interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships and exert influence.
- Organizational skills with ability to work under pressure and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
