GEODIS, a leading global logistics provider, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join its team. As a key growth partner to clients, GEODIS specializes in five lines of business: Supply Chain Optimization, Global Freight Forwarding, Global Contract Logistics, Distribution & Express, and European Road Network.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue expansion. This includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- BUILD strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding customer base
- Strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
