We are seeking a highly skilled Middle Salesforce Administrator to join our team at TechMagic. As a Middle Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Salesforce configurations, developing and maintaining reports, and collaborating with consultants to understand business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Implement changes and enhancements to Salesforce configurations based on feedback and evolving business requirements
- Develop and maintain reports to provide real-time insights into business performance
- Collaborate with consultants to understand business requirements and tailor the product to meet specific organizational needs
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained for different users
- Act as a subject matter expert for the platform, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to the team while constantly looking to elevate the skill set of the team
- Design and build custom and standard components on the Salesforce platform
- Work with Solution/Technical Architects to scope, size, and estimate work once technical designs are agreed upon
- Create and review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity
Our team consists of 1 SF developer, 1 SF Admin, and an Architect. We are a collaborative and dynamic team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
